Embr Springfield is looking for a highly motivated Assistant Manager to join our team! Job Summary: The Assistant Manager will be staff & customer focused with the proven ability to build, train, and motivate a high performing team and assist the GM maintain all aspects of daily operations. The pay for this role is $25.00/per hour with 40-50 hours per week expected. This is a full time position that requires weekend, evening and holiday availability. Cannabis experience is highly preferred, with experience in Dutchie, Metrc and Weedmaps preferred.
