Description Faculty Position in theoretical High Energy Physics at Oklahoma State University The Department of Physics at Oklahoma State University invites applications for a tenure track assistant professor position in theoretical high energy physics. We especially encourage candidates with a proven track record of research in collider physics, neutrino physics and/or physics beyond the standard model to apply. The high energy physics group at Oklahoma State University consists of two theoreticians, three experimentalists, several postdocs, and numerous students. The theorists work closely with the experimentalists, who are actively involved in the ATLAS experiment. In addition, the HEP group is part of the state-wide Oklahoma Center for High Energy Physics. The successful candidate is expected to attract extramural research funding, publish scholarly articles, and teach effectively at the graduate and undergraduate levels.
