About the role We are looking for a Commissions Specialist to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a Commissions Specialist , you will own and standardise Agency (Livestock, Wool and Grain) remuneration and incentive arrangements to ensure accuracy, governance, and alignment with the agency operating model. The role establishes a single source of truth for commissions and incentives, implements approval guardrails, and drives proactive review cycles to reduce risk while supporting attraction and retention outcomes. Responsibilities: - Design and operate a centralised approval process for new hires and remuneration changes, with clear guardrails and documentation standards - Define the ownership and operating process for agency remuneration - Establish sign-on bonus rules, approval workflows and post implementation reviews - Manage the monthly commission process through MySales to provide the approved file to payroll for processing - Establish and maintain a central register of all incentive and commission arrangements - Conduct target reviews to identify and remediate potential discrepancies - Inform national commission rate guidelines About you: - Strong customer orie...
