Position Function: A/V Systems Architect is a position under the administrative supervision of the Manager of Instructional Media Technology. Specific activities include design, programming, and support of A/V components and control systems in instructional and conference/huddle spaces in an enterprise environment; coordination and planning of enterprise level A/V projects; and digital signage support and integration. Salary Grade : 17: Please see Staff Compensation Structure or Skilled Crafts and Service Maintenance Compensation Schedule for salary ranges. For salary grade UC, these positions are "Unclassified" and salary ranges are determined by the hiring department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Design A/V systems using enterprise components for classroom and conference/huddle spaces. 2. Develop and maintain custom A/V control systems and user interfaces using Crestron enterprise components. 3. Assist in support and maintenance of installed A/V components and control systems. 4.
