HR Business Partner (Part Time)

Job description

We are looking for a part time (3 days a week) commercially minded People Business Partner to join our growing business. This role combines strategic partnering with operational excellence, supporting leaders across the organisation while also owning and optimising our core HR pillars and systems (HiBob and Workable). You will play a key role in supporting our people strategy, managing end to end Employee Relations (ER) matters, and ensuring our HR processes, policies and systems are joined-up, efficient, and scalable. The pro rata part time salary for this role is £33,000–£39,000.
