Description SUMMARY: The person in this position will be part of a team that provides outstanding experiences for individuals and groups to grow through providing outstanding hospitality and service to individuals and groups, as well as facilitating adventure activities. The person in this position will work alongside the Guest Services team by responding to the needs of guest groups, preparing facilities for guest use, cleaning sleeping rooms, meeting areas, restrooms and public spaces. They will also assist in the kitchen by helping with preparing the dining hall for meals and cleaning after meals when needed. The members of this team will also at times serve as challenge course, team building, and high rope adventure guides, and/or lifeguards (being a lifeguard is not required for position but is highly encouraged). They shall be knowledgeable and proficient and will have earned the required certifications for one or more of these roles.
