What You’ll Do: Keep purchasing and reimbursements running smoothly: Create and track Purchase Orders (POs) and act as the go-to expert for business travel and expenses, supporting employees and ensuring accurate , on-time settlements and best in class Employee Experience. Make benefits and HSE compliance simple and accurate : Administer selected benefits end-to-end (enrollments and offboarding ) and coordinate mandatory Health & Safety (BHP) training for employees and contractors, including scheduling and completion tracking.
