Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Portfolio Specialist to join our Client Portfolio Management (CPM) team supporting the Systematic Equity organisation. Systematic Equity at State Street Investment Management spans the full spectrum of quantitative equity strategies, including index, smart beta, sustainability, and active quantitative approaches. The CPM team comprises client-facing investment professionals and subject matter experts who collaborate with Portfolio Management, Research, and Sales to clearly articulate, support, and grow our business. Based in Sydney and covering clients across Asia Pacific, this role reports to the Head of Client Portfolio Management (APAC), also based in Sydney. Portfolio Specialists are high-energy, organised individuals with excellent communication skills, strong investment acumen, and a desire to grow into a client-facing investment role. This is a multi-faceted position that plays a key role in new product development and serves as a first point of contact for Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Marketing on all investment-related communications.
