Job Summary This position works in an ESE K-5th grade classroom supporting classes of approximately 9 students with more intense behavior needs with a 1:3 ratio of staff/student. The primary role of the paraprofessional is to collaborate closely with the teacher and paraprofessional implement tailored strategies to support students achieving high levels academically, socially, and emotionally. Job Responsibilities: Implement individual education plan (IEP) goals as directed by teacher including providing small group instruction.
