Job description
The Growth Marketing Manager (SA) will own end-to-end planning and execution of lifecycle communications across owned channels to drive growth objectives. Working closely with teams across the business the role requires a data driven candidate with commercial acumen who has experience delivering multi-channel campaigns to customers at all stages of the customer lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Define, plan and implement marketing strategies across owned channels including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and the contact centre In collaboration with business analytics, decision science and experimentation teams, gain insights aligned to business KPIs, develop hypothesis and run test and learn campaigns to improve overall programme effectiveness Seek out customer research and work with product marketing teams to ensure campaigns deliver high quality consistent customer experiences that offer customer value as well as driving business value Working with platform and comms delivery teams, explore new ways to deliver campaigns, seeking improved engagement through personalisation Develop a deep understanding of the commercial drivers of business, using this to both prioritise...
