Job Title: Client Care Assistant Salary: £26,701 per annum, pro-rated to £25,032 Location: Kentdale Referrals: Job Type: Full-time, Permanent: Hours: 37.5 per week. Working between the hours - M onday - Friday 8am - 7pm, plus 1:4 Saturdays We have an exciting opportunity for a receptionist to join the friendly team at Kentdale Referrals Our front-of-house team is the face and voice of our business, making this role exceptionally valued. In this position, you will work closely with our clinical team to ensure that our clients and patients receive the highest standard of service and care. Roles and Responsibilities: The duties will involve, but are not limited to: - Welcoming clients and their pets in a warm, professional manner. - Managing the diary; booking in appointments and surgical procedures. - Answering a range of client questions via email and telephone. - Pro-active communication between clients and colleagues to ensure the day runs smoothly. - Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms etc. - Processing prescription requests. - Taking payments. - Daily cash management. - Promoting offers and services. - Ensuring that reception is clean and well-stocked...
