Location: Cleveland, OH Cleveland-Cliffs has immediate opportunities for the Shift Manager Operations position at our Cleveland, OH plant. This front-line supervisory role is responsible for coordinating safety and quality activities and overseeing production operations to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality and productivity standards. The Shift Manager serves as a key link between hourly personnel, maintenance, and leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
