Position: Psychology Postdoctoral Fellow Department: Psych Administration: Schedule: Full Time: ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES: - The Fellow will be expected to maintain accurate records and to document case formulations, assessment results, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely, concise, and clear manner. - Provide treatment services and clinical assessment (20 hours / week), including individual and group psychotherapy, affidavit writing, and psychological assessment. - Attend multidisciplinary team meetings in assigned clinics. - Actively participate in clinical case consultation meetings. - Gain clinical expertise in evidence-based practices and culturally responsive care. - Develop clinical expertise in specialty populations served in assigned clinics. - Participate in mentored scholarly or research activities, such as serving as a study therapist or assessor, conducting data analysis, co-authoring manuscripts, or submitting for external funding.
