Job Title: Corporate Development Analyst Employment Status: This is a 6-month contract position with an immediate start. The contract may or may not be extended or converted to employee status based on company business needs. Job Overview: Work closely with Head of Corporate Development and Investor Relations to support the company’s long-term growth strategy by identifying, evaluating, and executing inorganic opportunities such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic partnerships, investments, and joint ventures. This role involves heavy financial modeling, market research, due diligence support, and cross-functional collaboration to provide data-driven recommendations to executive leadership, under line manager supervision. The position offers significant exposure to high-impact strategic decisions and C-suite interactions in a fast-paced, analytical environment. Additional and highly specialized responsibilities include interacting with investors and other biotech market stakeholders to generate long-term client referrals for Caidya.
