Overview NaphCare is hiring a Intake Coordinator to join our team of medical professionals in the Kilby Facility in Mt. Meigs, AL . This posting is open exclusively to current AL DOC incumbent employees. As a Intake Coordinator you will work alongside correctional officers and other medical professionals to support staff, physicians, and patients ensuring compliance, quality care, and efficient workflows. This is a unique position where you can make a difference to this diverse population of patients with complex mental health and medical needs. Qualifications: Position Qualifications/Requirements/Preferred Experience: - Previous work in a corrections facility preferred , but not required - Must maintain current tuberculosis documentation - Ability to interact effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds, including those with mental health or substance abuse issues - Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information and integrity, professionalism and ability to adhere to a Code of Conduct and comply with all facility(s) correctional healthcare policies, procedures, and legal requirements - Must pass the facility’s criminal ba...
