Acting as the initial commercial escalation point, the role combines hands-on contract management with leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to support Traka’s aftersales and service growth strategy. The role also holds sector responsibility across the UK, Ireland, and Automotive sectors, driving long-term customer retention, profitability, and service excellence.
