Job description

- Perform assignments as identified by assigned internship mentor. - Attend team meetings within the assigned functional area. - Develop and execute processes and procedures, alleviating challenges within the functional area. - Prepare and present formal presentations to various levels of management. - Other relevant tasks as assigned. Qualifications: - Must be enrolled as a degree seeking student at an accredited college. - Preferred degrees are Agriculture, Poultry or Animal Science, Environmental or Safety Sciences or other closely related fields. - Previous leadership experience preferred. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Spanish language skills preferred. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Proficient data collection, analytical and computer skills. - Motivated self-starter with desire to learn, and ability to work independently and with a team. - Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
