The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a foundational role in our Nursing Education division, focused on driving new business opportunities for our instructional and assessment programs. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with exceptional communication skills and a passion for education and measurable student success. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation and Outreach 2. Lead Qualification and Nurturing 3. CRM Management and Reporting - Targeted Outbound Prospecting: Conduct strategic research to identify and target high-potential campuses - Multi-Channel Communication: Execute personalized, high-volume outreach campaigns using phone calls, email, and LinkedIn to schedule introductory meetings for the Account Executive team. - Value Proposition Articulation: Clearly and concisely communicate the measurable impact of UWorld’s solutions on student achievement. - Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough qualifying calls to understand a prospect’s current challenges, budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT). - Content Strategy: Partner with Marketing to utilize case studies, white papers, and webinars, nurturing leads until they are sales-qualified o...
