As the Sr. Manager of Technical Training Development , you will lead a specialized team of instructional designers and content developers to build highly technical learning experiences that address the evolving threat landscape. You will be responsible for translating our product roadmap into scalable asynchronous (eLearning) and synchronous (VILT/ILT) training content, ensuring our users and partners are equipped to defend against modern cyber threats. What You'll Do: - Cybersecurity Content Development Strategy : Oversee the development of technical curricula covering complex topics such as Vulnerability Management, Automated Security Intelligence (ASI), and incident response as guided by team OKRs and Roadmap. - Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of content developers.
