Job DetailsJob Location: Duluth Entertainment Convention Center - Duluth, MN 55802Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.00 Hourly Title: Box Office Ticket Seller | Part-Time Beginning Hourly Wage: $15.00 ** Looking for daytime availability - weekdays & weekends available ** Summary/Objective: The Box Office Ticket Seller uses strong customer service skills and a positive attitude to greet guests and sell tickets using Ticketmaster and TicketWeb. Requirements and Competencies: At least one year of customer service experience with the public is required. At least one year of cash handling and payment card experience are required. Ability to complete basic math skills. Established excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to learn point of sales systems. Must be able to multi-task and adapt quickly to change. Ability to work individually and/or with a team. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Education and Experience: Knowledge point of sale systems such as Ticketmaster and/or Ticket/Web Job Functions (Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.)
