Join our Integrated Front Door (IFD) as an Information Officer, where you can develop skills and gain experience in a dynamic, multi-agency setting. Our Integrated Front Door team is the main contact for calls and referrals to Children’s Social Care. In September 2023, we achieved an ‘ Outstanding ’ rating from Ofsted, receiving positive inspection feedback. We are responsible for collecting crucial information to make informed decisions on further interventions for children and their families. We are a service offering a 24/7, 365-day single access point for all contacts and referrals aligning with statutory and local guidelines for child safety and wellbeing. As an Information Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our services, supporting social work and agency teams by gathering, distributing, and preparing this information.
