The duties of this position are primarily focused on providing periodic audits of all service delivery settings, supporting the development and delivery of staff training curricula and service delivery systems, and providing oversight to the unit’s Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Committee. This position provides the above support to several units across the region and relies on independent judgment and direction. REPORTS TO: Quality Assurance Director SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
