Seeking an Assistant Superintendent with wastewater, reservoir, and/or dam experience for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Mineral, VA. This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k! Salary is between $95K - $115K per year (based on experience) The Assistant Superintendent is responsible for coordinating field operations across designated areas, including both self-performed work and subcontracted trades. This individual ensures all construction activities are executed in alignment with the project schedule and sequencing, while consistently enforcing safety standards and quality control procedures.
