In this role, you'll: Help strengthen product management skills across the Customer Products and Solutions team. You’ll do this by embedding product management frameworks, tools, and templates, and by training and coaching teams in product strategy, prioritisation, and roadmap development to deliver customer-focused outcomes. You will also coach the team in key planning activities (like quarterly planning and roadmap reviews), support learning through training and communities of practice, and work with leaders to build a culture of product excellence and continuous improvement.
