The pay for this position starts at $22.79/hour, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $26.98/hour. This position is located in Rutland, MA. The available schedule for this position is Monday, Tuesday, Wedneday and Saturday; 1pm - 11pm. $1,000 Sign-on Bonus Devereux Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. Devereux's Hillcrest program serves males 12-21 with various Autism Specturm levels, co-occurring psychiatric disorders and behavioral disorders. With 1 staff to 3 students ratio, this program is focused on increasing independence, coping and social skills, and preparing individuals to move on from Devereux.
