Job description

The Offsite Manager provides operational and administrative support to FPA physicians and practice administrators regarding policies and procedures, billing related training, contractual relationships with managed care organizations, capital procurement and space allocation. Serves as a liaison with Mount Sinai Medical Center to ensure efficient delivery of non-financial services to practices of participating physicians. Establishes major schedules, task assignments and allocation of manpower, space and equipment to ensure conformance with departmental goals and objectives. Administers departmental contracts and grants in accordance with MSMC policies and sponsors requirements regarding the maintenance of records, reports, controls and conditions governing expenditure of funds. 3. Recommends changes in operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the organizations guidelines. Ensures activities are in compliance with federal, state and local regulations and/or guidelines. 4.
