Description Position Title: Project Manager – Cable Assemblies Department: Project Management: Location: Santa Ana, CA: FLSA Status: Exempt, Full- Time: Job Summary: The Project Manager – Cable Assemblies is responsible for overseeing all cable assembly projects from initiation through completion. This role manages engineering support for cable products, coordinates supplier activities, and ensures that all assemblies meet quality standards. A key focus of the position is maintaining and improving cable test setups, supervising production processes, and delivering projects on schedule while meeting internal and external requirements. Key Responsibilities: · Supervise cable assembly projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. · Provide engineering support for cable assembly products, including troubleshooting and optimizing test setups. · Lead supplier management activities with the cables’ outsourced supplier, coordinating closely with their team to drive performance and quality. · Ensure that products received from suppliers meet all quality requirements and internal standards. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportun...
