Job Statement: The Manager plays a critical role in achieving OUR MISSION: To deliver the best burger and fry experience ever, and have fun doing it. With that in mind, the Assistant Manager is responsible for achieving operational excellence in restaurant. The Assistant Manager is a technical expert in all front of the house and back of the house positions and is actively pursuing the proficiency required to be promoted to a General Manager position. The Assistant Manager is accountable for the following business areas: Alignment to the Culture - Demonstrates and coaches team to achieve Guest Obsession - Plans to achieve staffing plan - Provides employees training, feedback, praise and recognition to achieve employee satisfaction - Leverages training/human resource systems to limit employee turnover Sales: - Ensures all products are made to recipe and correct temperature - Demonstrates and trains employees on attributes that comprise personal commitment - Manages the shift to achieve operational excellence Profit: - Executes systems to achieve food cost objectives - Manages inventory days on hand - Schedules to achieve labor cost objectives Food Safety/Safety: violations on Health...
