Box Office Lead - Full Time (The LINQ Promenade LV)

Job description

A Box Office Team Lead performs all ticket seller duties while supporting supervisors in running shifts and serving as a key resource for staff. They maintain a positive work environment, lead by example, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Team Leads coordinate CET and attraction reservations, assist with guest issues, manage inventory as directed, and help train new hires and existing agents. They process refunds, resolve guest concerns, and stay current on company products, procedures, and property events. Team Leads are expected to be proficient in the ticketing system, act as a liaison to expedite guest needs, and anticipate guest expectations based on business demands. HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY: - Responsible for VIP and Executive ticketing at the direction of the Box Office Supervisor, Manager or Director. - Responsible for seat inventory management as directed by the Box Office Supervisor, manager or director. - Ensure smooth and efficient ticket operation and provide work direction and motivation to employees. - Support employee engagement and appreciation - Will help assist with responsibility for all CET Box Office locations when necessary - Revi...
