Supply Chain Manager

Job description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Oversee full supply chain lifecycle from sourcing and procurement to distribution and delivery. - Manage domestic and international supplier relationships, including pricing, quality, and delivery terms. - Implement and monitor strategies that align with seasonal demands & market trends. - Utilize supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) to forecast demand, track shipments, and monitor performance metrics. - Develop contingency plans for delayed shipments and coordinate alternative solutions. - Assess and compare vendors using cost, quality, reliability, and scalability as key evaluation metrics. - Identify and eliminate inefficiencies and waste through continuous improvement initiatives. - Coordinate complex, multi-supplier shipments to align with production schedules and reduce bottlenecks. - Estimate supply chain budgets and timelines for new product launches, client onboarding, or scaling efforts.
