Overview The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving the growth of our structural steel business, including rebar, decking, and light commercial markets. This position is responsible for identifying new opportunities, expanding market share, and building strong customer relationships to generate sustainable revenue growth. The role will also lead and manage a team of estimators, ensuring accurate and timely project estimates while supporting strategic sales initiatives and project development. Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal departments such as product management, sales, and operations, as well as external partners, to develop and implement effective sales strategies, plans, and business models. Coordinate work with cross-functional teams to ensure project commitments and specifications are met. Drive sales performance through market development programs and targeted growth initiatives. Identify, evaluate, and pursue new or expanding sales opportunities within the structural steel, rebar, decking, and light commercial markets.
