Role and Scope of Position: This position is accountable for the governance, lifecycle control, quality, standardization, prioritization, and publishing performance of System Operations procedures across CT, MA and NH. Responsible for the development, revision, implementation, maintenance and control of standardized System Operations procedures that reflect current electric system configuration, operating practices and regulatory requirements. Leads procedure staff, establishes and enforces procedure governance standards and review controls, and is accountable for procedure quality, timeliness, consistency and compliance execution.
