Finance Intern-2027届 华沙 校招 实习 职能类 实习生招聘计划 职位描述1. 财务预算：参与预算编制、滚动预测与差异分析，协助整理管报/财报数据可视化展示，确保数据准确性，提升经营分析效率与质量。 2. 渠道财经：参与渠道返利发放、额度核对与返利审核，支持结算对账工作，保障结算口径与条款一致，推动结算流程规范合规。 3. 资金运营：支持区域资金运营及信用管理，涵盖资金状态监控、履约分析与信用风险预警，支持信用策略落地，优化资金周转与现金流指标。 4. 财税合规：配合年度法定审计、税务审计及外部监管审查，参与本地电子发票系统等财税信息化项目推进，提升合规运营效率。 5. 费用分析：协助多类型费用审核与流程优化，参与费用底稿准备及量化分析，为业务财务投入效果提供数据支持。 1. FP&A Support the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and in-depth variance analysis; assist in structuring and visualizing management reporting and financial data to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and analytical depth of business performance review. 2. Channel Finance Participate in channel rebate calculation, credit limit reconciliation, and rebate approval workflows; support end-to-end settlement processes to ensure alignment with contractual terms and internal standards, driving compliance and operational rigor across channel finance activities. 3.
