Minimum Hiring Wage: From $39.37 per hour Job Details: Scheduled Hours: 8 & 12 Hour Shifts | Every 3rd Weekend Rotation | Holiday Requirements 7:00am - 7:30pm | 8:00am - 4:30pm Job Description: A Brief Overview Delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in coordination with other health team members. Effectively interacts with the patient, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining high standards of professional nursing. Provides high quality care to the following patient populations: Adult and pediatric patients experiencing a temporary change in condition needing home support.
