WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Direct Purchasing (Raw Materials & Production Components): - Purchase Order Management: Issue, track, and confirm purchase orders for raw materials (Electrical, Electronics, Climate, Cables & Wiring, Pumps, Valves & Flow Control, Other Industrial Components) and production components in line with production planning requirements. - Supplier Communication: Liaise daily with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, manage order confirmations, and resolve discrepancies. - Material Requirements Planning (MRP): Analyze MRP outputs from ERP systems and translate them into purchasing actions. - Shortage & Escalation Management: Monitor supply risks, anticipate shortages, and escalate issues proactively to avoid production disruptions. - Receiving & Invoice Reconciliation: Coordinate with the warehouse and finance teams to validate goods receipt and resolve invoice discrepancies.
