Mission Overview: This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Product Owner within the Transformation Office. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement. Mission Context: The client’s Customer Servicing & Efficiency tribe is focused on enhancing operational efficiency and elevating both customer and employee experiences. This is achieved by delivering seamless remote interactions, highly automated workflows and processes, and robust fraud protection, all powered by technology and strategic collaborations. The tribe plays a key role in simplifying processes, strengthening trust, and enabling the business to focus on high-impact customer and employee value. One of the clusters is dedicated to Automation/Robotics solutions, managing a park of more than 200 bots.
