POSITION OVERVIEW: The Civil Engineer provides comprehensive support across a wide range of construction and public works projects by drafting and preparing detailed plans, conducting cost estimation, and performing critical evaluations such as risk assessments, quality control reviews, site inspections, and code compliance checks. This role requires a degree from an ABET‑accredited engineering program and either a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or a combination of qualifying education and at least ten years of engineering, project management, construction, or related experience.
