Potentially float 1-2 days a week in the Charlotte area Do you have an interest in being part of a fast-paced pharmacy team to serve patients by helping them receive and apply for needed medications and also work closely with pharmacists to ensure pharmacy visits are scheduled and patients receive their medications timely? If you are interested in working in fast-paced, patient focused, and team-based environment and have experience in patient outreach phone calls, charting follow up, and as a retail pharmacy technician, then this may be the perfect job for you! This position will include helping heart failure patients obtain prescription medications at costs they can afford and assist with scheduling of patients for the pharmacy team.
