Shift and status Full time , 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Variable days and every other weekend. Location coverage: Dearborn, Taylor, Trenton and Wayne Job Summary: Hospitality Associate Leader functions in the Hospitality Associate role as well as assists with scheduling, coverage, problem solving and training. Hospitality Associate Lead direct traffic flow and provides assistance at the Hospital Entrances. They help with wheel chairs and scooters as needed along with way-finding and assistance to the patient/family's destination. Essential Functions: - Leader Duties: Assist Supervisor / Manager with team scheduling and coverage. Participate in hiring interviews as needed. - Support problem solving and giving direction to the team when Supervisor/Manager is not present. Train all new Entrance Team members. - Present an excellent first impression to all customers by greeting promptly with a warm and friendly reception. a. Provide Hospital way-finding for patients and visitors. b. Support patient, family, guest information needs, including appropriate hospital resources to assist in problem resolution c.
