PURPOSE: This role will support and execute the retail strategies that support profitability, efficiencies, and the overarching retail ambition. This role will effectively manage and execute DTC retail strategic projects and initiatives. This role will facilitate key retail drumbeats, including trading forums, leadership forums and steering committees as necessary. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Management & Execution - Lead and manage cross‑functional projects across the DTC business from initiation through delivery, ensuring outcomes align with strategic priorities. - Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, helping shape project approaches and identify risks and opportunities. Manage the execution and completion of the defined project plan through effectively coordinating people and resources. - Build and maintain comprehensive project plans, translating strategy into actionable milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
