Job description
As a Personal Injury Advocate, you will play a crucial role in representing clients in various legal proceedings, ensuring the provision of high-quality advocacy services. You will handle cases within all the firm's Legal Departments, including Stage 3 hearings, Infant Settlement hearings, CMCs, CCMCs, and directions hearings. Your role will also involve exploring and expanding the firm's advocacy services to attract new clients. Providing advice, conducting research, performing analysis, and drafting documents as needed are essential aspects of this position. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and delivery of advocacy training for trainee solicitors and other legal advisers, working closely with the Legal Training Department Key Responsibilities: - To be responsible for the provision of advocacy arising from cases within the legal departments - To be able to provide advice to legal advisers and managers on the best format to present cases at Court - To assist in developing appropriate processes and documentation for the case management system in relation to representation at Court - To identify cases where commercially it would be tactically advantageous to settl...
