Job description

As a Personal Injury Advocate, you will play a crucial role in representing clients in various legal proceedings, ensuring the provision of high-quality advocacy services. You will handle cases within all the firm's Legal Departments, including Stage 3 hearings, Infant Settlement hearings, CMCs, CCMCs, and directions hearings. Your role will also involve exploring and expanding the firm's advocacy services to attract new clients. Providing advice, conducting research, performing analysis, and drafting documents as needed are essential aspects of this position.
