Clinical Site Associate (CSA): We are currently seeking a Clinical Site Associate (CSA) to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a CSA at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clinical trial operations by ensuring site compliance, documentation accuracy, and readiness for audits and inspections. This is a remote role which will develop into a monitoring CRA role with travel upon promotion, which is expected in under a year. In this position, you will gain hands-on experience and build your skills toward a CRA role, working closely with experienced CRAs and clinical trial teams.
