As part of the IT Change Management team, you will drive change activities across a broad set of transformational efforts. You will partner with executive sponsors, project team members, and HRBPs. You will lead discovery, strategy, planning, and execution to shift mindsets and behaviors. Partner with the best: In this role, you will lead change strategy and execution for Oracle ERP Cloud initiatives supporting Finance stakeholders. You will partner with Finance leaders, IT, HR, and program teams to drive adoption, minimize disruption, and ensure sustained business outcomes.
