Description: The Division of Microbiology & Immunology within Emory National Primate Research Center at Emory University is currently seeking a full-time Research Specialist to join the laboratory of Dr. Guido Silvestri. The preferred candidate will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic laboratory as part of a team working on HIV prevention and cure. The preferred candidate should have a solid background in Immunology and Virology coursework and must be comfortable with chemistry and mathematics. Familiarity with primary lymphocyte cell culture and flow cytometry is a plus. Organization and communication are essential, as well as being motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, with a positive attitude and passion for research.
