HR Operations Leader - Located in Miami, FL Location: Miami, Design District, FL: Base Salary: $80,000 annually Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt Human Resources Operations Leader: BODYROK The Role: BODYROK is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Human Resources Operations Leader who is excited to build, optimize, and scale the HR infrastructure that powers our multi‑state team. This is a unique opportunity to be both a hands‑on operator and a strategic leader , shaping the systems, processes, and employee experience for a company full of high‑energy, passionate health and fitness professionals. In this role, you’ll own our HRIS, payroll operations, and core HR processes while helping us evolve into a more sophisticated, scalable organization. You’ll work closely with Recruiting, Operations, and Finance to ensure a seamless employee journey from hiring through offboarding — and you’ll have room to grow as the company grows.
