Position Overview: TEAM is seeking motivated and reliable Heat-Treating Assistants to support Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) and related thermal processes at job sites and in-shop environments. This entry-level role works alongside certified heat treat technicians to set up, monitor, and remove equipment used for controlled heating of materials—primarily pressure vessels, piping, structural components, and weld zones.
