Job Description: The Housekeeping House Attendant is responsible for the distribution of sheets, collecting dirty linen and towels, ensuring that the floors are stocked up with amenities, cleaning supplies and linen and running items to butlers when needed. These tasks should be completed while being attentive, friendly, efficient, and courteous, providing all guests & colleagues. - Employees must, always, be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests, managers, and fellow employees. - Inform management of any guest issues as they arise to ensure a quick recovery. - Complete daily checklists. - Report to management any issues with rooms and or public areas. - Ensure that public areas, guest rooms and ba...
