Pay: $18 to $24 per hour This role involves full payroll processing, tax reporting (Forms 940/941), W-2s, 1099s, and advanced Excel work for reporting and analysis . This is not an entry-level position . This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience , particularly in payroll processing, tax reporting, and financial reporting. This is a primarily on-site position based in Murray, UT. Candidates must be local and available to work in-office. Responsibilities: - Process payroll, including tax compliance (Forms 940, 941, W-2, 1099), deductions, garnishments, and state and federal withholdings - Prepare and maintain government and compliance reports (payroll taxes, IFTA, sales tax, MSHA, new hire reporting) - Perform and review bank and credit card reconciliations, inventory tracking, and cost reporting - Process accounts payable, including invoices, freight charges, vendo...
