Integrated Behavioral Health Consultant Masters level psychologist: Maple Grove/Plymouth Clinics: Park Nicollet Clinic is looking for Child/Adolescent Behavioral Health Consultant to join our Behavioral Health team. This position will split time between our Park Nicollet Maple Grove mental health clinic and the Park Nicollet Plymouth primary care clinic. This is an innovative program with a mission to provide both brief/solution focused therapy when a mental health need is identified as well as preventative psychoeducation and support to children, adolescents and their families in partnership with our pediatric and family medicine colleagues. As a part of this program you will engage in the essential work of helping to address the mental health crisis for children and adolescents by intervening early when concerns are just arising and providing expertise and care coordination when concerns are more advanced or acute. In addition to partnering with our medical teams, you will be a part of the Park Nicollet Behavioral Health Department which is comprised of a large, multidisciplinary team of clinicians who provide outpatient mental health services to patients in Minnesota.
