Job Summary The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including minimizing and reporting losses and damages, as well as managing inventory. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on their feet and in a fast-paced environment. Duties & Responsibilities: - Supervise the warehouse team to ensure a productive, efficient, organized, and safe working environment. - Manage the receiving, inspection, and organization of goods from suppliers, ensuring proper storage to prevent damage or loss; oversee the delivery process to customers, while maintaining accuracy at all times. - Ensure all stock is stored in the correct locations within the warehouse. - Conduct physical inventory counts, implement procedures and systems to prevent stock variances, damages, and shortages; prepare necessary documentation, report discrepancies, and maintain proper records. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and basic maintenance standards. - Perform daily inspections of the warehouse grounds. - Assist in coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment. - Communicate and coordinate with other departments. - Resolve complex customer and...
